All student employees are strongly encouraged to have their paycheck deposited via electronic direct deposit (EDD) to the financial institution of their choice. This offers the most hassle free method of receiving your pay. Please contact the Payroll Office for further information.

Another option for receiving your pay electronically is the Saluki Cash Card. Please contact the Bursar Office for an application.

If you choose not to have direct deposit or a Saluki Cash Card, please read carefully the information listed below:

Presentation of photo identification is required in order to pick up your student paycheck.

Students may pick up their check between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during Summer Semester) on established pay dates at the check cashing/ticket window on the second floor of the Student Center.

After 2:30 p.m. (2:00 p.m. during Summer Semester) on pay day, students may pick up their checks at the Accounts Payable Office, located on the first floor of Miles Hall.

Any student payroll check(s) that have not been picked up within a week of the check date will be mailed on the following Friday to the address listed on the payroll check. If you are unsure of your current mailing address in the payroll system, please contact the Payroll Office at 453-3392.
